The Steamboat Springs Orchestra is a community
based, independent non-profit organization.


Mission:

The mission of the Steamboat Springs Orchestra is to nourish the
hearts and minds of the people of northwest Colorado through
challenging and rewarding orchestral experiences.  


Goals:

1)    Provide an outstanding professional orchestra with a              
community component to provide entertainment and
education in northwest Colorado.

2)    Promote music education through area school concerts of both
orchestral and chamber music.  

3)    Provide a high quality youth orchestra and chamber music
program to foster the love of the art-form of classical music in
our young people.
